Account information you give us: your name, work email address, company name and the details of your workspace and subscription.

Business intelligence gathered on your behalf: company records from public registers, publicly available website content, and publicly listed business contact details relevant to the companies you research.

Usage information: the searches, analyses and monitoring runs carried out in your workspace, so we can meter your plan fairly and improve the product.

How we use it

To provide the service: discovering, verifying, scoring and monitoring the companies you ask us to research.

To operate your account: authentication, billing, usage limits and support.

To keep the service reliable and secure: diagnosing faults, preventing abuse and protecting against unauthorised access.

Lawful basis and business contact data

Catalyst is a business-to-business tool. The contact information we surface is limited to publicly available business contact details, and is provided so you can make a relevant business approach.

You are the controller of how you use that information in your outreach, and you are responsible for complying with direct marketing and data protection law in the markets where you operate.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with the service providers who host our platform, process payments, and supply the public data and analysis capabilities Catalyst relies on, and only to the extent required to deliver the service.

Retention and your rights

Workspace data is retained while your subscription is active and for a short period afterwards so you can recover it. You may export or delete your data at any time from Settings.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Individuals whose business contact details appear in a workspace can ask for their removal and we will action it.
