Free trial and automatic conversion

New eligible workspaces may start a 7-day free trial. During the trial you have access to the plan features described at signup, subject to trial usage limits and fair-use protections.

When you start a trial you select the plan that should begin afterwards. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, that paid subscription begins automatically on the trial end date at the price shown at the time of selection, and your billing cycle starts from that date.

You can cancel the automatic conversion at any point during the trial from the billing area of your workspace. Cancelling before the trial ends means no payment is taken.

Your subscription

Catalyst is sold as a monthly subscription. Each plan includes a qualified lead allowance, an active campaign limit, a number of user seats and, where applicable, market monitoring runs and premium enrichment credits.

Plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation prevents future renewal. Paid access continues through the current billing period, after which the subscription ends and no further payment is taken.

Payments already made are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or where a billing error or other exceptional circumstance applies. If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact billing@verqano.com and we will review it.

Your workspace data is retained under our current data-retention arrangements after cancellation so your campaigns, leads and history remain intact should you return. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Allowances, top-ups and over-limit accounts

Included monthly allowances reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Purchased top-up credits remain valid for 90 days from purchase and are used only after the monthly allowance is exhausted.

If your workspace exceeds a plan limit — for example after a downgrade — nothing is deleted. Existing campaigns and data remain available; only the creation of new work is paused until you upgrade or reduce usage.

What Catalyst provides

Catalyst gathers information from public registers and publicly available web sources and applies automated analysis to help you prioritise prospects. Scores, signals and suggested messaging are decision support, not guarantees.

You are responsible for verifying anything material before you rely on it commercially, and for the content of any outreach you send.

Acceptable use

Use of Catalyst is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: business purposes only, no unlawful or deceptive outreach, no attempts to circumvent usage limits or security controls.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Catalyst available and accurate, but the service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes are notified in advance by email or in the product.
